Top Dawg Day Trader welcomes you to one of the most powerful and profitable trading strategies developed for today’s market. The idea that brought us out of obscurity and to the forefront of the day trading arena was based on our experiences with many different traders, strategies and investors. Seeing the incredible successes and failures of many who presented themselves as “Masters” of trading, brought us to an “aha” moment. We became obsessed with finding a strategy or system that would sift through the complexities of trading and get down to the basics of what makes a successful trader. What we discovered was that there were three fundamental building blocks on which all successful traders build that can greatly increase chances for success in whatever market they chooses to engage.
1. Simplicity – That’s it. We don’t know how many times we’ve had traders come to us with all kinds of software, indicators, strategies, gurus, etc. and tell us that they have the “Goose that lays the Golden Egg.” In a predictable matter of time they become overwhelmed with a vast amount of information and eventually drop out of the trading arena altogether. We help our members find their strength and create a simple approach to navigating through the often turbulent waters of today’s market.
2. Mindset – Each of our members come from a different background with different views on money and risk. Whether they are very conservative or they are a “daredevil” isn’t nearly as important as how they approach the market each day. Preparing your mind and spirit for the emotional journey you will take every time you place an order in the market is paramount in finding success in trading. We help our members to identify their emotional and psychological strengths and weaknesses in order to manage the strategy that they are using for success.
3. Strategy – There are so many different strategies on the market today. They are simple in function, but when delivered to us as charts, software, indicators, and using technical jargon, most traders miss the point altogether. We’ve seen too many traders that will create a strategy that works, and in an effort to improve on it they will break their own rules, only to find themselves in a vicious emotional cycle that usually results in loss. A trader’s strategy is as unique as the shoe on their foot. When you change into something that doesn’t fit or hasn’t been broken in, you end up in pain. Traders call that loss!!!
